Afshin Rattansi goes underground with historian and author, Mike Gonzalez. We look at how the world's water supply is bottled up, and turned into cash.

‘Consenting To Sex Is Like Having A Cup Of Tea.’ Our Barmy DPP Is Not Joking

I am not saying rape is not important but barely a day goes by when Alison Saunders, Director of Public Prosecutions, is not on the radio or TV advocating a crackdown on the offence of rape.
There is even a DPP-inspired Twitter campaign to get people talking about consent- a key element in the offence of rape. Here is Alison Saunders holding a lovely sign saying “#consent is …clearly defined by law.” Truly, you are not a person of importance until you get yourself in front of a camera hashtagging some crucial cause.
Thanks for that Ms Saunders, but it does not leave the average man on the street any clearer. So for the avoidance of doubt, Section 74 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 states “a person consents if he agrees by choice, and has the freedom and capacity to make that choice.”
Who needs a law degree when we have Twitter? Then there is this further detail from Ms Saunders in The Guardian, comparing having sex to having a cup of tea (I kid you not).
“In our campaign we have used a clever animation that compares sexual consent to having a cup of tea.

The Anti-MGM Letter That Our Jewish Shill National Newspapers Wouldn’t Publish

By Mike Buchanan: We’ve spent some time over recent weeks developing a ‘Letter to the Editor’ for publication in a national newspaper or periodical, in the week preceding the Conservative party conference, which starts next Sunday. The letter has been signed by some of the world’s most well-known anti-MGM campaigners, researchers, and anti-MGM organizations.
None of the numerous national newspapers and periodicals we’ve approached offering exclusivity (one after another) have been willing to publish the letter, so we’ve decided to publish it here. It takes up the remainder of this post:
Dear Sir / Madam,
We call upon the government to specifically proscribe the non-therapeutic circumcision of male minors (henceforth male genital mutilation, MGM). This would give male minors the same legal protection as that enjoyed by female minors since the passing of the Prohibition of Female Circumcision Act 1985.
The original purpose of this obscene practice was to diminish sexual pleasure in adult men. It detrimentally affects many men’s physical and mental health, blighting their lives, and sometimes leads to suicide.
This mutilation of healthy minors’ bodies has always been illegal under Common Law. It is illegal under the Offences Against the Person Act 1861, as well as a plethora of more recent legislation, which, inter alia, protects the basic right of the individual to bodily autonomy, until that person reaches an age to make an informed decision. MGM also breaches UN and EU conventions.

Hostile And Dim-Witted Feminists (And Their Male Poodles) Confronted By Police In Canada

Mike Buchanan: So what happens when a herd of hostile and particularly dim-witted Canadian feminists (along with their equally dim-witted male poodles) is confronted by one smart bilingual police officer, with the patience of a saint? This is what happens.

The Muppets: Kermit Swallows The Red Pill

By Feminists were outraged when the Muppets’ character Kermit the Frog dumped his long-time love interest Miss Piggy for the younger, thinner, and prettier “Denise” (also depicted as a puppet pig). Miss Piggy, of course, is a feminist icon who recently received an award bestowed by Gloria Steinem. The premier of the new ABC prime time television series The Muppets reveals some of the back story to the infamous breakup, and it is much, much worse than even feminists could imagine.
Yes, it is absurd but comedy gold (I hope) that I am writing about this. Feminism is so infantilizing to women with their feminist hug boxes, feminist coloring books, and dedication to rejecting adult responsibilities that it is inevitable that a critic of feminism like me will get stuck inspecting their metaphorical filthy diapers, especially since so few feminists will actually experience changing diapers on real-life infants born despite their repeat customer discount cards at local abortion mills.
But, back to the show.
The Muppets is shot in a “mockumentary” style that draws heavily on shows like Modern Family, the delightfully anti-SJW (Social Justice Warrior) show that exploits stereotypes relentlessly to poke vicious fun at the convolutions of today’s family experience, at the expense of SJW bullshit.
The premise of the show is a near perfect rip-off of the now defunct feminist show 30 Rock: Kermit takes over the role of creator/producer/head writer “Liz Lemon” (Tina Fey) while Miss Piggy takes over the role of the demanding diva (Jenna Maroney and/or Tracy Jordan, played by Jane Krakowski and/or Tracy Morgan) of her own late night mock variety TV show, Up Late with Miss Piggy.

Dr. Roberts: Washington Represents The Most Concentrated Form Of Evil In Human History + The U.S. Faces Catastrophic Financial Risk

"All republican presidential candidates stand for war. ...There is not a peaceful person among the republican candidates, even the female's heartless." Quote from Dr Roberts.

When Women's Feelings Get Hurt, Men Get Fired

If you value your job, don't talk to women, don't joke with them, don't share things online with them, don't say negative things about strangers, don't use innuendos, don't joke with your friends on Twitter, and definitely do not dance. 6oodfella

Charlotte Proudman Is Now Working For The Guardian. What Are The chances?

By Mike Buchanan: Charlotte Proudman, a 27-year-old feminist barrister, recently won our inaugural Toxic Feminist of the Month award – here. We stated our conviction that she’d deliberately scuppered her legal career in order to pursue a far less demanding career – one with irresistible appeal to a narcissist – that of a feminist media pundit, in the style of that supreme narcissist, Special Snowflake (Laura Bates). Few people agreed with us. Following Ms Proudman’s recruitment by the Guardianhere – that might possibly change.
Her Guardian profile:
Charlotte Proudman is a barrister in human rights law and family law at the chambers of Michael Mansfield QC. She is currently working on a PhD in sociology at the University of Cambridge, where she is researching the law surrounding FGM in the UK, and is an executive committee member of the Society of Labour Lawyers and Fabian Women’s Network. Follow @CRProudman
Special Snowflake #2 is ‘researching the law surrounding FGM in the UK’, at the University of Cambridge. FGM has been specifically illegal in the UK since 1985, 30 years ago – here. Can I have my PhD in sociology now, please?
Three days ago SS#2 called in her Guardian piece for gender quotas for senior legal appointments – here. She hasn’t yet called for gender quotas in bomb disposal, refuge collection, sewage work, agriculture, construction, deep sea fishing, logging, or indeed any of the risky (and often poorly remunerated) lines of work which result in 95%+ of people killed in the workplace being men. We feel sure she’ll get to these areas soon.

THE INTERNET - The Juice News Feat. Dan Bull

thejuicemedia: The time has come to turn our focus onto the very medium which allows us to connect: The Internet. As we know it today, it has only been around for a short time: it's still an adolescent; still changing and growing. But even as we speak, powerful forces and interests are vying to influence and shape it’s nature as it reaches full maturity. And since humanity’s destiny and that of the Internet are intimately connected, it would be wise to be ask: how is the Internet doing? If the Internet could speak to us as a human today, what kind of person would it be? And most importantly, what kind of a person will it become in the future?
