At The Sufferance Of Men

Cheeky Bastard: What is disturbing is the complacency and the complacency of men to degenerate into victims even in your own demise.
People will talk about it, make fun about it and some even creep out as watching a dark web horror flick. It is so scary that people are prepared to sit and watch the stupidity of others and make fun of it as if it is doing no damage to our society, a way of life, the future of our children and the speed in which things can so drastically change of the worst.

Jewish Propaganda: The Diary Of Anne Frank 5.0, An Update

By Eve Mykytyn: According to legend, Otto Frank recovered his daughter’s diary from Miep Gies, the woman who hid the Frank family during World War II. Frank published the diary under Anne’s name in 1947. In response to skeptics, Otto Frank angrily insisted that he had not authored the diary. He claimed that while he may have edited out a few embarrassing details, the diary was ‘penned’ entirely by his daughter.
In 1980, Otto Frank sued Hamburg resident Ernst Roemer for spreading the accusation that Otto Frank had written his dead daughter’s diary. Relying on the testimony of handwriting experts that all of the diary’s pages had been written by one person, the court upheld the authenticity of the diary. An appeal by Roemer was unsuccessful.
Roemer appealed again, and this time the court asked for the technical services of the official German forensic bureau, the Bundes Kriminal Amt (BKA) that performed a careful analysis of the original manuscript of the diary with microscope and ultraviolet illumination in order to confirm its authenticity — in particular, to determine when it was written.
The BKA found that large portions of the alleged “diary” were written in ballpoint pen — of a type that was not manufactured prior to 1951.The German magazine, Der Spiegel, summarized the report as follows: some editing postdated 1951;Experts had held that all the writing in the journal was by the same hand; and thus
the entire diary was a postwar fake.

Myth Of Millennial Entrepreneur

Max and Stacy discuss the myth of the Millennial entrepreneur. Business startups have collapsed but the Obama administration says that student debt is great for the US economy; meanwhile, in China, ‘innovation centershave popped up all over the country, but will the entrepreneurs ever show up?

Russia Defeats Terrorism - While America Hails A Freak Show

A curious thing in the Western media this weekend is how little coverage is being given to a momentous victory unfolding in Syria. The Syrian Arab Army and Russian forces are about to close the final chapter in the five-year war – and the Western media don’t seem to want to know about it.
By Finian Cunningham: Indeed, far more media coverage is given to Hillary Clinton’s nomination as the Democrat’s presidential candidate. While Clinton was declaring to her party’s convention how she would wipe out Islamist terrorists in the Middle East, the Syrian army and its Russian allies were actually getting on with that very job.
Syria’s northern city of Aleppo – which was the country’s biggest city before the onset of the war in 2011 – is about to be fully retaken by the Syrian army, supported by Russian air power. Humanitarian corridors have been created to allow civilians and surrendering fighters to escape before the final assault begins on anti-government militias holed up in the east of the city.
The militants are an amalgam of illegally armed groups, including the proscribed terrorist brigades affiliated to al-Qaeda. Western governments and media engage in cynical word games by referring to some of the fighters as “moderates” and “rebels”.

The Irrefutable Proof Is In: DV Is Not Gendered (Except When It Is, Which Is Most Of The Time)

By : The subject of DV seems to be heating up in Australia of late, particularly in the RendezView section of the Australian Daily Telegraph:
… with promises of more to come.
I posted a comment to that latter article, which may serve as a combination summary and critique. This is a slightly augmented version of that comment.
Feminist journalist Jane Gilmore’s article is really quite artfully written: it gives the impression of balance and acknowledgement of male DV victims while driving the focus back to female victims using “irrefutable” data. - Well, let’s see about that.

Saatchi & Saatchi Should Get A Gong For Crawling To The Feminist Stasi

By Laura Perrins: You have got to give it to the Wimmins Studies departments. I do believe they have earned 'Total Victory' in the gender wars. Thirty years ago these departments were obscure little places for professors who could not be professors in a real subject so instead were plotting to 'smash the patriarchy.'
They dreamt up phrases such an ‘equality and diversity’ and ‘celebrating inclusion.’ Few understood what it all meant, because it was meaningless garbage. Today, thirty years on, you can be put on gardening leave from your job if you transgress this feminist creed of equality and diversity.
The latest victim of the gender thought police is one Kevin Roberts, chairman of Saatchi & Saatchi, who said that women do not desire leadership positions to the same extent as men.
Poor Roberts must have missed the equality and diversity propaganda so he has promptly been put on gardening leave for uttering this sacrilege. Soon he will have to resign or recant, swear allegiance to the Supreme Leader and suffer some time at the re-education camp.

Shun Danaids, Reject Violence Against Men And Rewrite The Aeneid

: The goddess Juno relentlessly raged, destroying the city. With his neighbors having their throats slit, Anchises refused to leave. Aeneas pleaded with his father not to root his family in death. Then he grabbed his sword to die fighting. Creusa wailed that her husband was neglecting her needs. If not for two omens suddenly portending a glorious future for their young son outside their native city, they would have died with many others.
Aeneas didn’t resent his father for his lack of foresight and for allowing their city to collapse. Preparing to flee, Aeneas said to his father:

So come, dear father, climb up onto my shoulders!
I will carry you on my back. This labor of love
will never wear me down. Whatever falls to us now,
we both will share one peril, one path to safety.
Aeneas clasped his young son’s hand and then walked quickly on the dark path leading away from home.
